  I mentioned an issue my dog is having with incontinence and patches of lost hair on her back and they just said if I was concerned to bring her back. I was hoping a vet could tell me if these are things I SHOULD be concerned about.

  Let me preface this by saying we only came to this vet practice as we had a free check up voucher, which may be the reason we experienced what we did. An absolutely appalling experience. We adopted our beautiful greyhound from The GAP a couple months ago and this was his first vet check up since. The Vet, Wendy, spent a very brief part of the consult time checking his heart, temperature, lungs, abdominal region and teeth, before telling us how his teeth were in a bad way and needed a possible almost $700 clean. On the checkup summary sheet she also checked off his eyes ears and throats as being fine, while she never actually touched his eyes or ears at all. Obviously we thought this was all abit odd, so we had a chat to the people at The GAP who we got our dog from and they advised us he had just had a full scale & clean a few months ago and there was no way he needed another one so soon. It appears the vet based her opinion off the fact that greyhounds as a breed have bad teeth rather than thoroughly checking him out her self as her only explanation to us was that it's common for greyhounds to have bad teeth. Considering she was trying to rob us of $700 you would expect there to be better customer service and care, not one ounce of which was provided. We'll give one star instead of none as the vet nurse who helped show us how to properly clip his nails was very nice. We won't be returning again.

  Told me she needs to have her teeth cleaned and recommended bloods at a cost of around $400 then told me about Greencross Vet packages which would cover a lot of the costs. They recommended dog bones and a prescribed kibble, my dog is only two years old and last check up she had "perfect teeth".

  Friendly service, the ladies here just love my puppy which makes me comfortable in trusting them with his health.

  Took my dog here for a vaccination and I feel because it wasn't just a normal consultation they didn't want to help too much with other issues she was having.
