  Have found all the staff to be knowledgable and helpful. If you're having dramas they tell you exactly what you need to do to get it fixed. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my pool problems!

  I find the staff overbearing. They tried to tell me about my solar power system and power consumption to sell me an Eco pump. They refused to help me with a flap for my skimmer box, then pushed robot cleaners to pick up material from the bottom of the pool, with a proper functioning skimmer box you don't need such extravagance.

  Our portable spa blew a motor and the chap quickly sorted out the problem with the motor but also found the reason why the fault developed. Very impressed with the timely service and work ethics, would strongly recommend them.

  I always get the best service from this shop. I have often been in the shop and had my pool water checked and have not felt that I needed to buy chemicals, especially since I had some at home. Great advice and the best part is that everyone who serves you knows their pool chemicals well. I have also never felt that someone was trying to sell me something i didn't need.
