  It would take them a whole month to rectify maintenance issues from point of contact. On one occasion they turned up uninvited with no evidence of a notice to do an inspection.

  Just started rented through the rental managers our lease started on the 9th of june and we cant live in the house until the 15th of june due to there being unfinished work in the bathroom and that didnt get done because there was no power to the house until i got it connected late friday night this just disgraceful

  Unfortunately there’s no option for me to give no stars. The Rental Managers displayed no evidence of professionalism since day one we moved into our rental.

  Communication in their office is absolutely poor. It’s obvious that the staff don’t speak to each other or pass messages on as I would be contacted multiple times in a week referring to the same thing by different people.

  Don’t even get me started about getting our bond back. Our bond was $1160 and after we moved out, the inspection showed there needed to be some patches of wall that needed repainting and the fly screen, which is a cheap $20 roll, needed replacing. The Rental Managers claimed to keep the whole bond to themselves due to the repairs and apparent cleaning which we already paid $500 to professionals for.

  Rang us up nearly a month before our lease ended. Both myself and a housemate notified the rental managers that we were not continuing our lease. When the day came for us to move out and hand in the keys, the rental managers told us we had not given them 2 weeks notice and that their phone call earlier did not count as it was not in writing.

  This real estate agency will try their best to siphon as much money as possible from you. Please be aware.
