  Positives : store is nice, not too big and not too small, all the fish I have purchased from previously have been healthy, staff are friendly when approached.

  Best grooming my dog has had in a long time! He came out looking amazing and smelling great! They even took the time to advise me of a couple of issues with his ears and a sore on his head (which I already new about) but nice to see that they take the time to notice and advise. Thank you ladies at Deeragun Petbarn. Great customer service as well which is always nice to see.

  Negatives : staff don't really ask if you need a hand walked around the store for a good 20 min and observed the staff talking to each other, not too much of a bother. The thing that was a little annoying I noticed the dog beds were on sale for 50% off, however there was no prices on 90 % of the dog beds, when approaching a staff member about prices I was told there are hundreds of dog beds down there to bring them to the counter to get scanned and I could be told a price grabbed 2 different medium dog beds, both scanned around 200 and was told they are normal price only selected are on special. OK but I wasn't about to spend the next hour bringing ever different dog bed up to find the ones on special and the prices so went to a different store to make a purchase.
