    Went there Saturday morning for coffee. Tristan was very helpful and polite, as well as Cuba who made the best caramel late I've had in a long time. Good work boys

    Service is amazing! Greeted cheerfully on arrival. Walked in ordered at the kiosk and my meal was ready before I sat down. Tall Mocha perfectly made. My table was cleared well before I left. 5 Stars to Bailey and the team. God bless you all.

    Horrible. Took 10 mins before anyone came to counter. 15 mins for food one medium meal to get done.

    It's a McDonalds, you know what to expect. It's just nicer in the inside because it's new.

    Always get great customer service with a smile from all the worker we have been served by in side and at the drive through. There has been a couple mistakes in our orders but they are always fantastic with fixing it up will always choose this Mcdonald s over all of them in townsville/Thuringowa very happy customer
