  Omg the most dirtiest food outlet i have ever been to the (KIDS) that work here make the place what it is the food is the same NEVER would i eat at the willows hungry jacks again both managers are walking back and forth to their car talking the kids inside are playing around the only thing here that is any good is the drink only because they didn't make it even the windows have been wiped out with a dirty cloth i can only imagine what is on the table i was eating at i now going to drive to the otherside of Townsville if i ever feel like eating at hungry jacks again the other stores are very clean they take pride in their work and work place willows hungry jacks pull your heads out of your a##

  If I could give less than this I would. Ordered a hunger tamer and did not get complete order. Tried ringing the store several times and no answer. I have now considered acted QLD head office.

  Not happy. Didn't get what we ordered. Have tried contacting the store and they have not answered the phone, been trying for 1.5 hours. The burgers we did have were cold. I have just read past comments from other customers and many more complain about incorrect order and no one answering the phone. Why why why is management not sorting this out???????? The fact I can not call someone to sort the issue out is what makes me not happy.
