  I had to wait for about 30 mins for her to set up and wait for the other girl to come back from her break - I then was in the piercing room for about 45 mins, she couldn't get it right and I sat there with the tube in my nose for ages!

  I bought a product which I was assured would work properly that did not function at all. I went to return the product the next day in as-new condition and management would not give me a refund, or even a store credit.

  I got my nose re-pierced with these guys around Christmas time. I had it done originally in Melbourne and they were fantastic there, unfortunately my experience in the Townsville one was not the same!

  I go home to find they didn't even give me the proper after care stuff and had to deal with an infected nose until I got back to Melbourne where I had the stuff from last time.
