    I do not have a problem with the shop but WHY DON'T TOWNSVILLE SHOPS OPEN EARLIER ON THE WEEKENDS? Townsville needs to get up to speed with this. As a traveller i found this frustrating.

    We are currently trying the new home delivery service available from the willows store. Its been pathetic items not delivered due to begin out of stock so you pop in later that day and presto the staff were just to lazy to pack it. Then when instore the shelves are dirty and not packed correctly. Dishwashing liquid range has been cut back to only a few selections. Baby section spread over 3 isles. Overall crapy. I prefered the old store much more.

    Edit 19/2/17: "After the recent Willows renovations they increased the size of this Woolworths so it has pretty much everything you need, the only issue I see is that they have made the deli and meat section more spread out making it more of an effort to find what your looking for."

    Good product range if it was in stocked , dirty shelves, no prices on half the items hard to get to milk fridge because of the position it is in
